  • 2 cups of parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 dry onion, finely choped
  • 2 cups of breadcrumps
  • 1 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 1 tbs capers, well washed and dried
  • the juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 gralic glove


  1. Blend the parsley, the onion, the garlic, the lemon juice and the capers. Put the paste in a bowl and add the breadcrumbs, chopped, and the olive oil. Stir well, add some pepper or salt if needed, and serve it with toasted bread, as a starter.
