- 2 cups of parsley, finely chopped
- 1 dry onion, finely choped
- 2 cups of breadcrumps
- 1 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1 tbs capers, well washed and dried
- the juice of 1 lemon
- 1 gralic glove
Blend the parsley, the onion, the garlic, the lemon juice and the capers. Put the paste in a bowl and add the breadcrumbs, chopped, and the olive oil. Stir well, add some pepper or salt if needed, and serve it with toasted bread, as a starter.
