Potato salad with dill and yogurt sauce

  • 600 gr potatoes
  • 200 ml Greek yoghurt
  • 3 tbs mayonnaise
  • 80 gr graviera cheese, grated
  • 3 tbs white wine vinegar
  • 3 spring onions, chopped
  • 1/2 bunch of dill, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper


  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes. Boil them in salted boiling water for 20' - 25'. Leave them to cool.

  2. Mix in the blender yogurt, mayonnaise, cheese and vinegar. Pour the mixture into a large salad bowl, add some salt and plenty of pepper.

  3. Drain the potatoes, and pour them into the bowl. Add the onion and the chopped dill. Stir well and serve.
