Oven-baked "meze" with feta cheese

  • 200g. feta cheese
  • 1 slice of tomato
  • 4 slices red pepper ( optional)
  • 3 tbs olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1/2 pepper horn
  • some salt


  1. Put the feta cheese into a small ceramic bakeware. Add the tomato, the green and the red pepper (optional). In a bowl, mix the pepper flakes, the oregano, the salt and the pepper and sprinkle the feta cheese. Pour with the olive oil. Cover the bakeware with aluminum foil and bake for 20' into the oven . Serve warm.
