"Open" pie with tomato and zucchini
- 1 large sheet of ready-made or homemade puff pastry
- 2 tomatoes, cut into rings
- 2 zucchinis, sliced
- 250 g. (8.8 oz) grated cheese
- 250 g. (8.8 oz) grated gruyere
Butter a baking dish and line the pastry inside. Bake it in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
Remove the pastry from the oven and sprinkle it with half the cheeses. Place the vegetables the way you see in the picture and sprinkle them with the remaining cheeses. Season to taste and put the pie back in the oven. Bake it for another 15 minutes.
