  • 8 eggs
  • 4 country style pork sausages, sliced
  • 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Greek dry mizithra cheese grated
  • 2tbs mint
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil for frying


  1. Fry the potatoes in the oil. In another large frying pan fry the sausages.

  2. Beat eggs in a bowl, add the milk, the cheece, salt, pepper and the mint and then mix egg mixture and fried potatoes with the sausages

  3. Fry the omelette both sides and serve.


Serve "Froutalia" warm with raki or ouzo. You can also eat it with pleasant the next day.
