- 30-40 bezedes
- 3 egg whites
- 180g. fine sugar
- 1 tsp of lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla powder
Preheat the oven at low temperature (max 100°C). Beat the egg whites untill stiff . Add the sugar gradually and continue beating. Add the vanilla and the lemon juice.
Butter and lightly flour a piece of waxed paper and place on baking sheet. Drop small spoonfuls of the mixture or use piping bag pastry.
Bake them in low temperature for several hours to dry well.
