Roast potatoes
Ingredients
- 6-8 potatoes
- 1/2-1 cup olive oil
- a little oregano
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- salt and pepper
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp mustard
Directions
Preheat the oven and peel and slice the potatoes. Rinse them and place them in the baking dish. Add the salt, oregano, pepper, mustard, garlic, and olive oil and mix well. Add a little water (do not cover the potatoes with it), and place in the oven. Bake for about 1 hour, topping up with water if necessary until golden brown.
