  • 1 packet pasta, preferably spaghetti
  • 300ml single cream
  • 250g Gouda cheese
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup water, reserved from the water in which you boiled the pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


    1. Boil the pasta according to the packet instructions and reserve one cup of water. 

    2. In a large pan add the olive oil and garlic, and sautee. Add the single cream and leave to simmer. Add the water you set aside when boiling the pasta and continue simmering. 

    3. Add the cheese and mix until you have a thick, creamy sauce. Add salt and pepper, add the sauce to the pasta amd mix well. Serve immediately.
