  • 1 puff pastry sheet
  • 10 ham slices, diced
  • 10 bacon slices, diced
  • 10 cheese slices, chopped
  • 400g mushrooms, chopped
  • 200g cream


    1. Lightly grease a round baking tin. Add the puffpastry sheet, covering the bottom and sides of the baking dish. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the filling, and add to the baking tin as well, spreading evenly.

    2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° C for about 40' until golden.
