Kourkouto from Lesvos
Ingredients
- 2 glasses flour
- 2 glasses mature feta
- 2 glasses milk
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 glass virgin olive oil
- salt
Directions
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add the olive oil, milk, salt, and mix. Add the feta, mixing constantly, and slowly adding the flour until you have a batter-like mixture (adjusting the amount of flour so it is neither a dough nor too thin). Place in a baking dish and bake at 180° C for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
