Cheesecake bars with spoon sweet
- 18 digestive biscuits
- 4 tbsp honey
- 100g butter
- 450g cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 2 eggs
- spoon sweet (sour cherry or blueberry)
Preheat the oven to 180. Crumble the bisuits. Melt the butter and add it to a bowl, together with the biscuits. Mix until the buiscuit crumbs have been completely covered in butter, and spread onto a baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes and place the dish in the fridge, once it has cooled a little.
In a bowl, mix the yogurt and cottage cheese until combined. Add the eggs and honey and mix again. spread the mixture onto the biscuit base. Bake at 180 for 25 minutes. Serve after adding the spoon sweet on top.
