Slightly salted cookies with yogurt

- 200g Greek yogurt
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tbs baking powder
- 1-2 tbs sugar
- 1 1/2 tbs salt
- 1/2 cup butter in small pieces
- 2 tbs olive oil
Mix in a bowl the flour, the baking powder, salt and sugar and stir them well.
Beat together yogurt with butter and olive oil. Add the yogurt mixture in the bowl with the flour and knead until you get a non sticky dough. Cover the dough and leave it for 1 1/2 to 2 hours in a cool place (or in the refrigerator).
Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Lay on a baking tray a pieces of parchment paper. Cut the dough into thick strips and give them the shapes you like ("snails", "braids", etc.). Put the cookies on the baking tray and bake 22'-24', until golden brown. Let it cool before serve.
