  • 4 sweet bull's horn peppers
  • oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • garlic cut in tiny slices for serving (optional)


  1. Wash the peppers and dry them well. Drill the peppers with a fork 2-3 times.

  2. Fry the peppers in 3-4 tablespoons of oil, turning frequently until lightly browned.

  3. Pour the peppers with vinegar, let them a few minutes (1-2) over medium heat to absorb it and serve it with some garlic (optional).
