Spaghetti with broccoli, salmon, and cream

  • 500g spaghetti, or any other kind of pasta
  • 500g broccoli florets
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 spring onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp dill, chopped
  • 600g salmon, fresh, skinless and boneless
  • 80g butter
  • 200g grated paermesan
  • 80g blue cheese, crumbled
  • 250ml cream
  • 50g pine nuts, roasted and powdered in a blender
  • salt and pepper


    1. Steam the broccoli and drain well. Boil the salmon for 8 minutes and drain. Cut it into small pieces. 

    2. Heat the butter and sautee the onion and spring onions. Add the broccoli and salmon and continue sauteeing. Add salt and pepper. 

    3. Boil the pasta according to the packet instructions and drain. Put the pasta pack into the pot and mix with the sauteed vegetables, pine nuts, salmon, and cheese. Pour the cream over the pasta and sprinkle with pepper and cheeses. Mix at low heat for 2-3 minutes until the cheeses melt and combine with the cream.
