Bacon pastry twists
Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry sheet (24cm x 24cm)
- 6 bacon slices, cut vertically in half
- a little mustard
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions

Brush the puff pastry sheet with the mustard, and cut into 12 narrow strips. Twist each pastry strip with a strip of bacon.

Place the twists on a baking tin lined with parchment paper, brush the twists with egg and bake at 190°C for about 15' until golden.
