  • Complexity: very easy


  • 1 puff pastry sheet (24cm x 24cm)
  • 6 bacon slices, cut vertically in half
  • a little mustard
  • 1 egg, beaten


    1. Brush the puff pastry sheet with the mustard, and cut into 12 narrow strips. Twist each pastry strip with a strip of bacon. 

    2. Place the twists on a baking tin lined with parchment paper, brush the twists with egg and bake at 190°C for about 15' until golden.
