
Honey pie
Ingredients
- 1kg anthotyro (or ricotta)
- 300g sugar
- 5 eggs
- 3/4 glass honey
- cinnamon, for sprinkling
Directions

Beat the eggs and sugar using a mixer. Add the anthotyro or ricotta and honey and continue mixing at medium speed.

Grease and flour a baking dish and empty the mixture into it. Bake the honeypie in a preheated oven at 200 C for about 45'-50'. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
