  • 1kg anthotyro (or ricotta)
  • 300g sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 3/4 glass honey
  • cinnamon, for sprinkling


    1. Beat the eggs and sugar using a mixer. Add the anthotyro or ricotta and honey and continue mixing at medium speed. 

    2. Grease and flour a baking dish and empty the mixture into it. Bake the honeypie in a preheated oven at 200 C for about 45'-50'. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
