Home made chocolate spread

  • 200ml milk
  • 400g sugar
  • 200g confenctioner's chocolate, cut into small pieces
  • 100g hazelnuts


    1. Turn th hazelnuts into a powder using a blender. 

    2. Bring the milk and sugar to the boil. 

    3. Remvoe from the heat and add the chocolate and hazelnuts. Mix very well until ell combined. Transfer to storage jars once cooled.
