Home made chocolate spread
Ingredients
- 200ml milk
- 400g sugar
- 200g confenctioner's chocolate, cut into small pieces
- 100g hazelnuts
Directions

Turn th hazelnuts into a powder using a blender.

Bring the milk and sugar to the boil.

Remvoe from the heat and add the chocolate and hazelnuts. Mix very well until ell combined. Transfer to storage jars once cooled.
