  • 750ml strong filter coffee
  • 150g sugar
  • 2 tbsp coffee liqueur
  • whipped cream for serving


  1. Add the sugar to the warm coffee, mix well until the sugar is completely dissolved, and leave th mixture to cool. Add the liqueur and transfer into a stainless steel container (wide, but not too deep). Place in the freezer until set and serve in glasses, with or without whipped cream.
