  • 250g feta cheese in pieces
  • 2 Florina peppers (or other sweet, red peppers), roasted and cut
  • ⅓ hot chilli pepper
  • 4 tbs of olive oil
  • 1 ½ tsp of paprika powder


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender or mixer and blend them until smooth. Serve the dip/spread by adding some olive oil with roasted bread or pita bread.


Htipiti is a classic Greek Roasted Red Pepper and Feta dip, that can also be called Kopanisti or Tirokafteri, depending on the ingredients and the recipe's place of origin.
