Squeeze the bread well to remove moisture. Knead the minced meat with the bread and onion so that the ingredients are well blended. Add the eggs, three tablespoons of oil, parsley, salt and pepper and continue to knead. Let the mixture rest in the fridge for 2 hours.
Cut the cheese into 12 slices. Make 12 patties and place one piece of cheese in each. Lay the patties on an oiled tin and cook for 50 minutes until they have browned. (You can also add potatoes among the patties, but you must add more oil and a bit of water before cooking in the oven.)
