Ingredients

  • 1kg of greens (sorrel, spinach)
  • 2-3 chopped spring onions
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of dill finely chopped
  • 2 chopped leeks
  • 200g. feta cheese
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Wash and clean the greens, cut them and let them drain . Heat the olive oil and saute the leeks and the onions until wilted.

  2. Add the greens and saute for 10' and stirring constantly . Finally add the dill and stir. Add the lemon juice, salt and pepper. Simmer for 30' - 35 ' . At the end add the cheese and let it cook along with the greens for 3' - 4'.
