Squeeze the bread well to remove moisture. Knead the minced meat with the bread and onion so that the ingredients are well blended. Add the eggs, the tomato, the parsley, the garlic, three tablespoons of oil, the oregano, salt and pepper and continue to knead. Let the mixture rest in the fridge for 2 hours.
