  • self-rising flour: 500 g
  • eggs: 4, beaten
  • kefalograviera cheese (or regato): 250 g, grated
  • kaseri cheese (or edam): 250 g, grated
  • feta cheese: 250 g, grated
  • milk: 3 glasses
  • olive oil: 1 glass
  • salt, pepper


  1. Grease a large baking dish and preheat the oven at 180° C. Pour the milk into a large bowl adding the remaining olive oil and the rest of the ingredients (in random order). Blend the mixture thoroughly and transfer to the baking dish making sure it spreads evenly. Place the baking dish into the oven. The cheese pie is ready in 45΄.
