Ingredients

  • 1kg feta cheese slice cubed
  • 1 tbs mustard seed
  • 1 tbs coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp grains of black pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 7-8 olives
  • 3 sprigs of rosemary
  • 1 hot pepper
  • olive oil

Directions

  1. Put the feta cheese in a large jar that closes well. Add among the feta cheese the pepper, the olives, the rosemary twigs and the spices.

  2. Cover with olive oil, close the jar and leave it for 3-4 days in the refrigerator to mix the smells of materials and serve.
