Put the chopped greens and herbs in a bowl. Add some salt and press them well with your hands so that they loose their liquids. Leave aside.
In another, large bowl pour the milk, the eggs, the olive oil, the flour and stir well until you get a thick mixture. Add the cheeses and the greens and stir again.
Grease a large baking dish and preheat the oven at 180° C. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish making sure it spreads evenly. Place the baking dish into the oven. The pie is ready in 45΄.
