Heat the oil in a pot and saute the peppers for 5'. Add the onions and continue sauteing for 3'. Remove the vegetables from the pan and pour in the chicken. Cook it to get brown.
Pour the vegetables again into the pot with the chicken and add the wine. Once absorbed the alcohol, add salt and pepper and 1 cup of water. Allow the chicken to cook till the food stays with its sauce and serve with rice or fried potatoes.
