  • 1 packet (500g) of pasta
  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • 3 tomatoes, grated
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • olive oil
  • handful of fresh basil
  • salt and pepper


    1. Boil the pasta according to the packet instructions. In another pan, sautee the garlic, add the tomatoes, salt, papper, and sugar. Bring to the boil. 

    2. When done, transfer the pasta to the sauce, stirring constantly. Add a little of the water you boiled the pasta in. A little before removing from the heat, add the basil, mix and serve. 


Adjust the amount of garlic according to taste!
