Eggs and sausages for two

  • 6 eggs
  • 100g feta, grated
  • 100g gruyere or any other kind of mature yellow cheese
  • 5 cocktail sausages, sliced
  • a little milk
  • salt and pepper
  • a little olive oil


    1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the milk. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. 

    2. Heat a little olive oil in a pan. Empty the omelette into it, turning frequently so it doesn't stick. Remove from the heat when golden. Serve.
