Eggs and sausages for two
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 100g feta, grated
- 100g gruyere or any other kind of mature yellow cheese
- 5 cocktail sausages, sliced
- a little milk
- salt and pepper
- a little olive oil
Directions

Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the milk. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

Heat a little olive oil in a pan. Empty the omelette into it, turning frequently so it doesn't stick. Remove from the heat when golden. Serve.
