Put the flour, the salt and the yeast into a kneading bowl. Mix by hand until thoroughly combined. Add the lukewarm water little by little, using your hands to help the flour absorb it. Start kneading, adding gobs of half-melted butter as you go and incorporating them into the dough. Continue until you have a smooth and elastic dough that does not stick to your hands or the sides of the bowl.
Line a baking sheet or baking dish with non-stick paper. Take handfuls of dough and shape as desired (mini oblong loaves or buns). Place them side by side making sure there is enough space between them to allow for expansion. Put into a preheated oven and leave to rest and rise at 50º-70° C for approximately 40΄. Next, turn the heat up to 180° C. Bake for an additional 30΄-40΄ until golden to taste.
