Melt the butter and add the yeast and yogurt. Mix well. In a bowl, add half the flour. Add the sugar, salt, cinnamon and yogurt mixture and mix using an electric mixer, then add the rest of the flour. The dough should be soft and pliable.
Cover the dough with a cloth and leave it to rest for 30 minutes. Flour a surface and roll out the dough into a rectangular shape. Spread the butter for the filling onto the dough and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, not leaving any gaps.
Roll the dough. Using a knife, cut the roll into slices about 3cm thick. Transfer the rolls into an ovenproof dish and leave them to rest for 30 minutes. Bake at 200°C for 8-10 minutes. Decorate with icing sugar and cinnamon.
